This listing is for a digital STL file only.

No physical product will be shipped.

Once payment has been successfully processed, your file will be made available for download via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate your download.

2. LICENCE

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the STL file for personal use only.

Purchasing this file does not transfer ownership of the design, copyright, or any intellectual property rights.

All ownership remains exclusively with The Sweet Side Designer.

3. PERMITTED USE

You may:

• Download the STL file for your own personal use.

• Print the file for your own personal projects.

• Resize the file if required to suit your personal printing needs.

4. PROHIBITED USE

You may not: Sell, share, gift, sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute the STL file in any format.

• Upload the file to websites, forums, Facebook groups, cloud storage, subscription services, or file-sharing platforms.

• Email or provide the file to another person.

• Sell, trade or distribute printed items created from this STL file.

• Use the file or printed items for any commercial purpose, including markets, online stores, social media giveaways, fundraising or promotional activities.

• Copy or reproduce the design in whole or in part.

• Reverse engineer, modify, adapt, remix or create derivative works from the STL file for redistribution or commercial use.

• Claim the design as your own.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All STL files remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Sweet Side Designer.

Copyright, design rights and ownership are not transferred with the purchase of this digital file.

Any unauthorised copying, sharing, distribution, reproduction or commercial use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

6. DOWNLOAD SECURITY

Your purchase is licensed to one purchaser only.

Files must not be shared with family members, friends, businesses, printing services, or any third party.

Each person wishing to use a design must purchase their own licence.

7. FILE COMPATIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have:

• Suitable 3D printing equipment

• Compatible slicing software

• Appropriate knowledge and experience to use STL files

The Sweet Side Designer is not responsible for:

• Printer malfunctions

• Incorrect slicer settings

• User error

• Scaling issues

• Poor printer calibration

• Incorrect filament choice

• Failed prints

• Damage caused during printing or handling

8. PRINT QUALITY DISCLAIMER

Print quality will vary depending on your printer, nozzle size, filament, slicer settings, printer calibration, environmental conditions and printing experience.

While every STL file has been thoroughly tested before release, we cannot guarantee identical print results across all printers or equipment.

9. FILE UPDATES

From time to time, STL files may be updated to improve printability or correct minor issues.

The Sweet Side Designer is under no obligation to provide previous purchasers with updated versions unless otherwise stated.

10. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of digital products, all STL sales are final.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind once a file has been downloaded.

If you believe your file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assess the issue.

11. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a digital file is found to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

12. BREACH OF TERMS

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in:

• Immediate revocation of your licence to use our digital files

• Permanent restriction from future purchases

• Cancellation of access to future digital downloads

• Legal action where necessary to protect our intellectual property

13. COMMERCIAL LICENSING

Commercial use is not included with this purchase.

If you wish to manufacture or sell products using The Sweet Side Designer designs, please contact us to discuss commercial licensing options.

Our cookie cutters and embossers are proudly 3D printed. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor layer lines, slight surface imperfections, and small variations in finish are normal and are not considered defects. These characteristics do not affect the functionality or performance of the product.

Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
