By purchasing a digital STL file from The Sweet Side Designer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

a) Licence Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the STL file for personal use only.

b) Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Resell, share, distribute or transfer the digital file in any format

• Sell, gift, or commercially distribute any physical product printed from the STL file

• Use the file for business, commercial, or manufacturing purposes

• Upload the file to any file-sharing platform, marketplace or repository

c) Intellectual Property

All STL files remain the intellectual property of The Sweet Side Designer. Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

d) No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of STL files are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not available once the file has been downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

e) File Delivery

STL files are made available for instant download once payment has been completed. Files are delivered via email or through your customer account. You are responsible for ensuring a valid email address is provided and checking junk or spam folders.

f) Technical Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your equipment, software and printer settings are compatible with STL files. We do not guarantee print outcomes, quality, or suitability for your specific equipment.
