Your STL file will be available for instant download once payment has been successfully completed. The file will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email.
2. PERMITTED USE – PERSONAL USE ONLY
All STL files are provided for personal use only.
You may:

You may not:
- Sell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the STL file in any format

4. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – DIGITAL GOODS
Due to the nature of digital products, all STL file sales are final.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind once a digital file has been downloaded.
If you experience issues with file access or believe the file is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assess the matter.
5. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a digital file is found to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided under ACL.
6. FILE COMPATIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software, equipment, and knowledge to use STL files.
We are not responsible for:
- Printer issues
- User error
- Scaling or slicing problems
- Damage caused by incorrect printing or handling
7. BREACH OF TERMS
Failure to comply with these terms may result in:
- Revocation of access to digital files
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Further action where necessary to protect our intellectual property
