Hi, I’m Chelsea — the baker, designer, and maker behind The Sweet Side Designer.
About Me
What began as a love for baking slowly turned into something more. Late nights in the kitchen, a deep appreciation for old-fashioned baking, and a desire for thoughtfully designed tools led me here — creating cookie stamps and cutters that feel as special as the moments they’re used for.
By day, I’m an anaesthetic nurse. By night (and most weekends), you’ll find me designing, testing, printing, and decorating every piece myself. Each design is created with intention — from the thickness of the stamp, to the way it presses into fondant, to how it feels in your hands.
I believe baking should be slow, meaningful, and full of heart. Whether you’re a home baker creating memories with your family, or a professional baker building something you’re proud of, my goal is to give you tools that help you create beautiful, nostalgic bakes with confidence.
Every stamp and cutter is designed and made by me, right here in Australia, with quality, durability, and detail always coming first. I personally test each design before it ever reaches your kitchen — because I know how important reliable tools are when you’re pouring time, love, and creativity into your work.
