At this stage, we don't offer international shipping however, we ship our designs Australia-Wide.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending on Australia Post. As such, we recommend you check the Australia Post website for the most recent shipping times.

How Do I Receive My Digital STL Files?
Check out as normal with your selected digital STL Files, and once payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your files included.
Be sure to check your junk email, as the file usually lands in there. Happy printing!
How Do I Organise a Custom Design?
Reach out to us via the form provided on the Custom Design Request Page and we will be in touch to discuss your options.
Do You Offer Local Collection?
We absolutely do! If you live locally in Adelaide & would prefer to collect your order, just message us and we can organise a collection time.
Be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your order.
What Is Your Current Manufacturing Time For Cookie Cutters & Stamps?
Our current manufacturing time is 5-7 business days. Postage time-frames are then additional to this.
